Summer is finally here not that you would know that by all the rain there is today. I am afraid that does not mean that there is any break from the weekend Travel works in London. Not that you would want to be in the tube in the heat as BOris still has not fixed the Air conditionining in yet.
So here is the round up of this weeks disruption (thanks Boris)
Central line (RED)
On Mondays to Saturdays, before 0600 and after 2300 and on Sundays, after 2300, until late November, Bond Street station is closed.
Circle line (YELLOW)
On Saturday and Sunday, there is no service on the entire line.
On Saturday and Sunday, Farringdon station is closed.
District line (GREEN)
On Saturday and Sunday, there is no service between Edgware Road and Earl’s Court.
Hammersmith & City line (PINK)
On Saturday and Sunday, there is no service between Baker Street and Hammersmith.
On Saturday and Sunday, Farringdon station is closed.
Jubilee line (SILVER)
On Mondays to Saturdays, before 0600 and after 2300 and on Sundays, after 2300, until late November, Bond Street station is closed.
Metropolitan line (PURPLE)
On Saturday and Sunday, Farringdon station is closed.
Northern line (BLACK)
On Saturday and Sunday, and until late November, Northern line trains are not stopping at Tottenham Court Road.
Piccadilly line (BLUE)
On Saturday and Sunday, there is no service between King’s Cross St. Pancras and Cockfosters.
Buses are a good option at the weekend but allow some extra time for your travels
